  • 1 1/4 Cup (No Sugar) Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Hemp Seed
  • 1/2 Cup Monk Fruit Maple Syrup
  • 2 Ounces 100% Dark Chocolate Unsweetened Cacao
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • 1. Add almond butter, protein powder, hemp seed, monk fruit maple syrup, and 1/4 cup of water to a mixing bowl
    2. Mix ingredients together using a hand mixer, or by hand in mixing bowl until you get a dark gooey mixture.
    3. Place mixing bowl to the side, prepare 8x8 baking pan. Line baking pan with parchment paper on the bottom. (Makes brownies easier to remove from pan / slice)
    4. Pour brownie mix into 8x8 baking pan & press to make even on all edges.
    5. Place baking pan with brownie mix in the fridge for 3 hours or until firm.
    6. When firm remove from the fridge and slice into 8 squares.
    7. Melt 2 ounces of 100% dark chocolate unsweetened cacao & 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds intervals, removing and stirring each time until cacao & coconut oil are melted together.
    8. Drizzle melted cacao on top of each brownie, then sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
