Healthy Protein Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Natural Almond Butter
- 1 1/4 Cup (No Sugar) Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Seed
- 1/2 Cup Monk Fruit Maple Syrup
- 2 Ounces 100% Dark Chocolate Unsweetened Cacao
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- Flake Sea Salt
Instructions
- 1. Add almond butter, protein powder, hemp seed, monk fruit maple syrup, and 1/4 cup of water to a mixing bowl 2. Mix ingredients together using a hand mixer, or by hand in mixing bowl until you get a dark gooey mixture.3. Place mixing bowl to the side, prepare 8×8 baking pan. Line baking pan with parchment paper on the bottom. (Makes brownies easier to remove from pan / slice) 4. Pour brownie mix into 8×8 baking pan & press to make even on all edges. 5. Place baking pan with brownie mix in the fridge for 3 hours or until firm. 6. When firm remove from the fridge and slice into 8 squares. 7. Melt 2 ounces of 100% dark chocolate unsweetened cacao & 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds intervals, removing and stirring each time until cacao & coconut oil are melted together. 8. Drizzle melted cacao on top of each brownie, then sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
Step One : Prepare Brownie Mix
Add almond butter, protein powder, hemp seed, monk fruit maple syrup, and 1/4 cup of water to a mixing bowl
Step Two : Blend Brownie Mix Together
Mix ingredients together using a hand mixer, or by hand in mixing bowl until you get a dark gooey mixture.
Step Three : Prepare Baking Pan
Place mixing bowl to the side, prepare 8×8 baking pan. Line baking pan with parchment paper on the bottom. (Makes brownies easier to remove from pan / slice)
Step Four : Pour Brownie Mixture Into Baking Pan
Pour brownie mix into 8×8 baking pan & press to make even on all edges.
Step Five : Refrigerate Brownie Mixture
Place baking pan with brownie mix in the fridge for 3 hours or until firm.
Step Six : Take Out Brownies When Firm & Slice
When firm remove from the fridge and slice into 8 squares.
Step Seven : Melt Cacao & Coconut Oil For Drizzle Topping
Melt 2 ounces of 100% dark chocolate unsweetened cacao & 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds intervals, removing and stirring each time until cacao & coconut oil are melted together.
Step Eight : Drizzle Cacao On Brownies & Top With Sea Salt
Drizzle melted cacao on top of each brownie, then sprinkle with flaked sea salt.
