INGREDIENTS

Russet potatoes Potatoes All-purpose flour Sea salt Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Begin by washing and setting to boil potatoes. After 30 min check if the potatoes are tender completely through and through.

Drain the potatoes and peel them - the skin should come right off with your hands. Let the potatoes cool for about 20 minutes.

After potatoes are at room temperature, in a small bowl, mix the flour and salt together. Add the egg to the potatoes. Add the flour mixture to the potatoes.

Mix with your hands until the flour is moistened and the dough starts to clump together. The dough will still be a bit crumbly at this point.
