INSTRUCTIONS
Tilt your knife and drag it over the above mixture on a cutting board till it makes a paste. Set aside.

Whisk together egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the above anchovy paste to the mustard mixture and whisk together.
