Double Chocolate Nutella Cookies Recipe

Unsalted butter Light brown sugar Granulated white sugar Eggs Vanilla extract Nutella Semi-sweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk the dry ingredients together.

In a separate mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the room temperature butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by Nutella and vanilla.

Set the mixer to low to medium speed and gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Using a medium cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized balls of Nutella cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
