Cabbage Roll Stoup One of My Favorite Fall Meals

This is a recipe that has been a favorite in my family for a long time. We love cabbage rolls and if you have ever made them you know they are time consuming.

That is when I thought of just making a cabbage roll stoup. A stoup is a cross between a stew and soup. The first cold front, this will be on my stove.

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage  Whole Can Tomato Pork Sausage Chicken Stock Arborio Rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Add a few drizzles of olive oil to a hot pot on medium heat.

Add the sausage and cook till brown and broken apart.

Add chopped onions cook for 5 min.

Add cabbage, can tomato, bay leaves, hot pepper fakes stir together for about 2 minutes.

Pour chicken stock until it covers all the contents in pot.
