For a healthier option, just freeze a good coconut milk then place it in a blender for a few second & BAM you have diet-worthy ice cream!

INGREDIENTS

Natural Almond Butter Chocolate Protein Powder Hemp Seed Monk Fruit Maple Syrup Dark Chocolate Unsweetened Cacao Coconut Oil Flake Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Add almond butter, protein powder, hemp seed, monk fruit maple syrup, and 1/4 cup of water to a mixing bowl.

Mix ingredients together using a hand mixer, or by hand in mixing bowl until you get a dark gooey mixture.

Place mixing bowl to the side, prepare 8×8 baking pan. Line baking pan with parchment paper on the bottom.

 Pour brownie mix into 8×8 baking pan & press to make even on all edges.

 Place baking pan with brownie mix in the fridge for 3 hours or until firm.
