On my last Trip to New York, a good friend of mine, Sharon Nord @Sharonnord, introduced me to Trinny London products. Sharon lives in Virginia, but shared with me that I should attend Trinny’s London’s New York store and I did. Needless to say, I walked out with a basket full of products. So when Trinny’s team reached out to me to sample a few products I had to say a big YES.
The basis of Trinny London makeup/products are based to be a cream formula. Deep, pigmented creams geared to make your makeup look more natural and flawless. It’s designed to melt into mature skin so you don’t see fine lines and wrinkles. Trinny’s lineup of makeup consists of eye shadows, blush, lip, highlighters, contour, and the new eye cream. Their remarkable foundations include both a sunscreen as well as a serum that plump, hydrate and correct so while you wear her products, you are also getting treated for fine lines and wrinkles.
I am particularly partial to their new Destress foundation that will take your skin from a daytime to nighttime coverage. It’s a hydrating, glowing, evening foundation all while still treating your skin with serums like hyaluronic acid that plumps your skin and adds hydration. No need to wash your face either. Just apply right over your BFF day time foundation.
I was also gifted her ‘Lip to Cheek’ lip stick to blusher, her ‘Eye 2 Eye’ shadows, but also purchased some on my own. I use “Just a Touch” to cover only areas that need extra coverage and don’t need a heavy foundation all over my skin. BFF eye for under my eye coverage, Miracle Blurr for blurring out large pores and fine lines around my lips for a more even lip application. I use golden glow for a more contoured/ tan look in these winter months. I have quite the lineup in her Eye 2 Eye shadows. They melt into your skin for a very natural look and never leave your skin looking cakey or dry. They offer eye shadows that will take you from day to nighttime looks.
If you go to her website, you can take a Match 2 Me test. It will ask for skin tone, hair color, eye color and hair color. The system will give you a full line up the colors that best suit your look. The system will also show you day to night looks, what color options work best for you and how to wear them.
