Personally, I’ve been taking extra precautions to boost my own immune system. So breaking it all down for you. Below you will see by category how and what I take, what each vitamin is used for, and how one vitamin can be used for many different reasons.

Lastly, the number one vitamin you can take to reduce inflammation in your body is Curamin. It has tons of turmeric, Ginger and Boswellia which we all know helps to reduce inflammation. I take this natural vitamin for muscle soreness and headaches.
